How I did it: Being emotionality stable, I could surmount my anxiety, and realize that isn't a reason to worry.

With this in mind, we simply should enjoy the life, see the bright side of the world and be happier.

Lessons & tips: First of all, worry less means that you shouldn't transform every little problem in the worst that it can be. You always have to minimize the bad thoughts and think positive.

We should simply deal with our problems, instead of over-thinking and make it a big worry.

The harder part of everything should be the confusion and complexity that those thoughts become when we are worrying about a thing.

Clean your mind, distinguish what is important from what is unnecessary to be thinking, and then, try to focus how you can deal with this worry, how can be accepted or surmounted, solving your problem.

As far I'm concerned, we don't have to worry about every little thing, because excessive worry is a serious problem of anxiety disorder that, in most of the cases, you can overcome. It is not right to live as an anguish and afflict person. You should just forget these little things that makes us ill, whose brings so many headaches to ourselves.

The past is already gone, the present problems will be somehow solved and the future will come as better you make your present, simple like that.

Resources: You also need to be confident that the things will be all right. It is like the Serenity Prayer (and serenity is just what we need when our minds are full of worries): "To accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can, and wisdom to know the difference."
